Forged from 1095 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain
Stabilized cherry burl handles with fiber carbon and copper spacers
Overall length of the knife is 10 1/2 inches with a 5 1/2 inch blade
The fork is 10 inches overall with a 4 3/4 inch handle
