Dear Mr. Prestongarryale, the M1 Garand and the M1A are two different rifles. The Garand is older and 30-06 Springfield caliber.
The M1A, currently manufactured, is 308 Winchester and is the one that Scott has.
The M1A is the civilian(semi-automatic) version of the M14, which is full auto...(maybe some are selective fire?). HTH, Preston

That's an 1895 Nagant in 7.62x38r... made in Tula arsenal in 1937... with a Buck #895 Simonich Legacy. The Serbian ammo is new - and anemic. Interesting Victorian engineering in that Belgian designed revolver... and the knife is neat, too!
