The first digit of the serial number will be the year, starting in 1969which would be a 9xxxxx 0xxxxx a 1970, etc The specific dial would be the numbers following 6139-xxxx.
I don't think I'm done with Seiko but I slowed down a couple of decades ago 7002s and 7005s a big hit for me but no divers. Lots of 1950s 17j watches
