Nice GSAR?

Yup! Surprisingly it is the most accurate auto I own. Keeps between +2 and 5 seconds per week! Better even than my Seamaster Co-Ax
Truly a tough watch too! No fears wearing it in fires and myriad other rescue situations.

You've inspired me.

Just lucky. I own 4 or 5 watches with Swiss movements and none of them are this good. The Seamaster Co-Axial keeps about +4/day most of my ETA 2824's keep anywhere from +5 to +7/day. Seiko 6R15's anywhere from -7 to +10/day but the Marathon is just super steady at a usual +2/day. Amazing thing is it's a 2006 Contract date and has not been serviced and I beat on it! As long as it runs like this I'm leaving it alone. Will get new Trit dial and a service when it goes wonky.

Lucky for sure. This is my third Marathon and the quartz was good, but both autos have sucked. Can't win them all I suppose.
