3 Mnandi's and a Watch: All knives are Chris Reeve Mnandi's with Devon Thomas Damascus.
On the left - Macassar scales and ladder Damascus blade; below - Box Elder burl scales and basketweave Damascus blade; on the right - Snakewood scales and Raindrop Damascus blade. Oh, almost forgot, the watch is a Patek Phillipe Aquanaut. And since someone asked, my desktop is Zebrawood if I recall.

Almost never. Moreover, I've never seen a NATO on a PP, AP or VC.

But there are plenty of watches--mostly stainless steel, but some in gold--that look just fine with NATO straps--especially in the summer.

Now, I'm referring to either two-piece or single pass-through straps. It's that bulky third strap that makes most watches appear ungainly, which I why I cut them off.

They do provide an added layer of security though especially for your expensive watches. In the off chance one spring bar pops off, you’re still good. Watch ain’t going anywhere.

That’s the great thing about strap interchangeability. Throw a NATO for the weekend, leather for a wedding. I personally can’t stand proprietary bracelet-only watches.

totally agree but more on proprietary lug setups. like ap or even most swatches......I highly dislike not having the easy ability to change straps.
