Knife carry for the ladies in skirts?

My gf is a knife nut like me (the first present i ever bought her was a kershaw shallot).
Its getting nice out and she loves long skirts + tanktop combo. Shes wondering whats a good knife/sheath combo that can be deployed quickly while wearing that kind of outfit.

I was thinking bout the HAK, but i dont have one, so we cant really try it, the custom sizing with the HAK makes me wary about getting one and having to return it.

Any of you folks have any better ideas? Open to recomendations.

Has she tried IWB (Inside Waist Band) carry? Just clip the knife to the skirt so the knife is covered with material and the clip is visible. I carry that way everyday and is the only way to carry when wearing shorts without pockets. People clip them at different spots but I clip mine at about 1 o'clock if 12 is front midline. I can carry even big knives and usually forget its there because I don't feel it.
