Skull crusher !!!!!!!

Multicolored handles

Colossus folder !!!!!!

AMAZING 2016 line up so far

Thoughts ???????????!

i dunno, im actually pretty disappointed. they dont really have anything that interests me. that colossus folder looks like a funky version of the rajah 3, id rather stick with the rajah 3.

the 4 max looks cool but not for that price, id rather just get an ultimate hunter folder from last year instead.

I like the specs on the Broken Skull, but I wish "Broken Skull" wasn't printed in large letters on the blade. Seems pretty silly.

I think most people who are attracted to the 4Max would really like the Ultimafe Hunter. It s one of the best bargains on the folding knife market. Very strong, very comfortable, light weight, and well made with a great blade steel and a great blade grind.

About 1% of knife centers products are priced well. The rest is a rip off so I would never order again from them.

I like the Colossus as the FFG and broad blade should produce really excellent cutting geometry. The Broken Skull's not for me. Other than that, seems too early to tell. I'd like to see some practical fixed blades in 3V and XHP from them this year.

From my experience the vast majority of their products are priced comparable to BladeHQ and every other knife site out there. The river site that we can't link to will sometimes have them listed lower, but even that's not always the case.

Colossus looks pretty cool, but way too big for this town boy.

Still waiting for the 4Max, but I'm coming around to the Ultimate Hunter. 3.5" is plenty for everything I've ever had to do.

I'm a huge fan of cold steel. But model names like this one are super cringe inducing...Can't think of two words I would want less than "broken" and "skull" on my knife.

Wait it says "steve austin" on the blade as well. What the hell is this thing. As in the wrestler? CS has Steven Seagle endorsed fighting sticks so I'm guessing it is.

Looks great in blue g10, but that billboard on it...uh..

Yeah. Stone Cold Steve Austin is a big Cold Steel fan, he carries them, and recently interviewed Lynn Thompson for his podcast. Broken Skull is the name of his IPA beer label, so I dunno if they designed this knife for him, or in conjunction with him, or what, but that's what the Broken Skull is about.

I'm in on the 4Max, and the 3V Pendleton, as well as some of their other 3V fixed blades.

2015, Cold Steel completely overhauled their folding line. It looks like in 2016 they will be completely overhauling their fixed lines.

Still want a 4Max bad though.

It looks like a another great year of products from Cold Steel.

They started a good thing with the blade steel improvements and newer products in 2015 too.

I am glad to see the Broken Skull line. I had one of the original Lone Star Hunters and it was rather clunky and slippery. I did like the blade shape though.

This Broken Skull line looks like a great improvement on it. Plus, I find it to be really cool that they are offering it in six different colors instead of the basic tactical black.

Now to find out the details for the rest of the new products for 2016!

Here is the link that the OP was talking about (this only the first batch of the upcoming 2016 products, it should be updated over the next few weeks with a lot more):

you can get it in a satin finish (but only AUS8A), with Steel handles, and faux Stag Handles

Just better hope it don't become used for self defense or a knife with "broken skull" on the blade ain't gonna help you in court that's for sure. Coloring kinda makes it look like a toy but bad a as well. I would coat over the words if I got it

yes i agree, i feel the ultimate hunter is very similar at a much lower price. i think i would be pretty satisfied with just the ultimate hunter.

i wouldnt even worry about it, there as a guy on these forums a while back who mentioned he worked in the court system and had seen hundreds of assault cases and the name or brand of the knives used in the assaults were never even mentioned, and hopefully you will never even end up using it for that purpose anyway

Another batch of Cold Steel stuff that doesn't inspire me to purchase.

The kitchen knives perhaps... if the wife wants some new ones this year.

The hawk might make a good gift for my son's birthday.

But nothing for me, thanks.
