All I know about MikeH is he is a tall man with white hair that is always at the front of the stampede of HOGs in all the pics I have seen of him.:)

So it would be my guess that this HOG has already purchased 1 or 2 Busses.;)




And I did mean 1 or 2 hundred!!!!:eek::p
 
shore do like the way ya'll talk, i guess that you all are going to make me buy a platinum membership on here and one of them busse knives, cause i have several premium productions knives and about 7 customs now in the collection, of course one of them is a randall.

just gotta figure out which busse that i want for a starter, i am headed to orlando the end of this week, so i will go buy the randall factory and check the operation out and get a few pics.

that dobywon guy is probably close to me anyway and he sells them on here right regular and he is from nc as well.

Seriously...I LOVE letting popping Busse cherries. The people usually look at me with this glazed-over look in their eyes, and then proceed to smile ever so slightly...

thanks for the comments everyone, i will be a proud busse owner in 09, gatman i would love to come on down to miami, but i will have to stay north in orlando this time, love your website, hopefully i will be able to get some of my tools customized at some time.

I beleve that Busse's are the finest prouduction knives when it comes to steel quality and durability. Having some great designs and the best warranty in the biz does not hurt either. Like you said useing a Busse as a standard for comparison is a high level of performance to reach for. I think in the end you have to go to a custom to reach that level and alot of customs will fall short of this mark. Not to knock Randall but alot of Randall's are even stainless steel. Busse is what Randall used to be in a prouduction knife.
