knife criteria...

I'm looking for a knife that I can bring through Europe, (Belgium, Germany, France, U.K.). Is there any discrepancy of knife laws in these countries? And is there a knife that would fit these laws? Much appreciated.

I wouldnt go with much more than a basic SAK from what I hear the UK isnt very knife friendly. And many of those areas may have laws that restrict onehanded locking folders.

A Spyderco UKPK that does not lock might work but I have no idea what the laws are except not friendly to knives for the most part.
