My first negative review and felt the need to share so others in the community are aware of my experience and can use this review to make a decision as to whether they want to deal with this company.
I ordered a Launch 3 January 20th. Granted this was only 2.5 weeks ago but I've received no shipping notification.
I called the owner of this company on the 28th and was told he had an issue with his system and to text him my order number. He said he would get back to me later that day. No word back and I don't like it when people don't follow through so I texted him the next day, the 29th, and asked for a refund. He indicated it was shipping that day so I opted to hold off as I still wanted the knife. I had searched and found multiple other negative reviews at that point and felt this was heading in that direction.
I still haven't received confirmation that its been shipped and I would have received the knife by now had he shipped on the 29th. He also won't respond to me anymore.
I'll be calling my cc company on Monday to dispute the charge. There are various negative reviews on the internet and Facebook that sound similar to my experience. There are some that stand by this company but it seems like you're really rolling the dice. It'll be my first and last transaction I make with this company. There are too many competitors with top notch customer service and fast shipping that set the bar.
I will update if any attempt at resolution is made.
