Have you owned the Tenacious or a 110 Paperstone, 112 Paperstone or Vantage Paperstone? I'd go with Spyderco for one handed opening (a huge feature) and ergonomics.
I think the the Vantage has a thumb slot too. It lets you lock your hand in, behind the blade really well. I hate two hand opening with a nailnick on a knife with fairly strong back lock. Hard on the old thumbnail.

Not what I'm going for, just a gift for a friend.
CZIV I own the Vantage and a 110, they're both great blades. One hand opening would be an advantage, and weight would also be a factor. So Tenacious or Vantage I think is what it's going to be.
