A famous local beer company commissioned me an interesting amount of knives to send as gift to selected customers, as part of their campaign, they hired a pro photographer to take photos of almost all the process of making one of the knives at my shop on a 5th floor in downtown Buenos Aires.

One of the first things I told them is that I wasn't drinking any beer (well not even near the usual amounts, to be honest) until all the machine operations were done.

Its amazing the amount of photos he took, I'm sure far more than a thousand, the selection he gave me with edited and crops alone was 480 images.

The selection I made is here: http://peu.net/cuchillos/index.php?/category/12&lang=en_US

This is the first image of the set, I hope you guys enjoy them as much as I did

That's really cool. For some reason I really love the #23 pic. It's you grinding on a contact wheel with the tip of the blade down. Great job

I love the photos. You do great work, I picked up an idea, and found a beer I haven't tried!

That is great!

Enjoyed the picts

Good job on the blades & pictures, really like seeing the "work in progress" images on the page.

In the photos, if you pay attention to the oven ones, the knife I inserted in is not one of the set, it doesn't even have its tang holes or wrapped in foil, but we needed to show that part too, so I took a blank and did the simulation, the photo set started with the blanks already hardened.

And boy, you don't have an idea about how many bottles they opened and discarded, literally dozens. If the frost was gone, and their spray cannot simulate it, bam, new one :)
