Are there any good, quality keychain knives out there? It would be nice if it were pretty small yet tough. Any suggestions would be great. Thanx.
Yozuri.

Spyderco Ladybug or Jester. No doubt about it.
I have the Ladybug on the keychain, and I was meddling with it one day and have it accidentally cut my finger. It's damn sharp!

I would go with the Jester. It is a great little knife with more cutting ability than it's size would indicate.

Although I'm no fan of serrated edges, my serrated sheepsfoot Ladybug cuts like a knife twice it's size.
It makes an awesome little keychain knife.

I recommend the Spyderco Jester!! :D

I've had mine for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. The ergonomic design is excellent, especially when the grip is extended with your keychain. You also have a choice in blade styles between PlainEdge and SpyderEdge.

IMHO, this is the BEST keychain knife out there, next to the Ladybug.;) For more info on the Jester, you can check HERE.

The Ladybug 2 is good if you're looking for a fully serrated blade although it's hard to sharpen in a blade that size. I carried a CRKT PECK on my keychain for a while also. It was nice and slim and worked out well for the time that I carried it.

i would have to say the spyderco jester and ladybug are the "best" keychain knives, there are others but most of them either suck or are too big to actually be called "keychain" knives

How about Dragonfly? Just remove the clip (it's 50% thinner without the clip) and it's perfect for keychain use. I think anything smaller than that is useless. For real precision work you'll need a good sized handle anyway, and then a SAK is the way to go.

If you keep your keys in your palm and the Dragonfly between your thumb and index finger, the Dragonfly slashes like a knife twice its sixe. Or you can use it as a push knife.

PS IMHO, CRKT KISS and CS Mini Pal are pretty useless in serious use, although very nice as toys.

I really like the SAK MiniChamp and the Spyderco Jester. The SAK has about as many toys as one could ask for on a knife it's size and the Jester has some major cutting power.
Have fun,
Matt
