All the good knife stores listed here have email newsletters that have announcements. Those announcements also have information regarding sales, such as Black Friday. Keep in mind, discounts are usually limited to stuff that is hard to move in some cases, the non sellers. You may get a decent price on a quality item, but it might not be exactly what you are looking for.
