Anyone know what knife this is? It's a Winchester brand that I got from walmart..

It's a cheap piece of junk made by people who are treated like animals, from the cheapest metals available. For the money you spent on it, you could've gotten a Buck brand knife from the same store, or even a Victorinox SAK.

Seen the exact knife, blade, bolts, pivot pin, and scales, labeled as a "Guidesman" at Menards. I have also seen the same blade, bolts, and pivot pin with different scales under the Guidesman moniker.

Winchester knives are usually what somebody carries who doesn't know much about knives....like somebody previously in this thread said, you should of picked up the Buck 110, it will last much longer than that winchester.

Be nice to the kid. Everybody starts somewhere and telling somebody that their new knife is junk may put them off of the hobby or away from the boards. I like that you recommend other knives for the money but it could have been put in a nicer way.

Not going to lie, that choked me up a little bit.

For people who don't know, I've bought a lot of knives from walmart before because they were cheap and no, I didn't know a lot about knives. I just wanted to know what those knives were called..no need to immature and stuck up about it.

Thanks for not being like some of these other people on the forums.

A bit harsh, don't you think?
