Knife Giveaway Help!

Why do you think so highly of an Izula as a give away?

All those suggested would be great choices and I'd be tickled to win any of them.

I was thinking Izula also because its very reasonably priced. It's extremely handy and almost anyone would enjoy having and using one.

However, if you're in a mood to be even MORE generous, don't let me hold you back! :D

$80??? That's a lot of options :D

i like the idea of the izula kit, I don't have one so that would be awesome to win

I also love the Spyderco Manix 2 suggestion

but really, whatever you pick, i think you'll be a bladeforums legend ;)

hi Deebo -

Well , for one thing, check out this video -

I am very impressed with the one I just bought, and if you were dead-set on spending $80, you could give away two 'zulas. I just think it is a very good, usable knife that anyone would love to have - I wonder why I didn't buy one sooner.

It is very generous of you to give away anything, thank you. This is just my suggestion.

nice pics of your knives, mqqn! but shouldn't that IZULA have some clothes on? :D

Hi Jack - perhaps - I do have the plastic sheath, and if you are talking paracord wrap - maybe in the future. I do have a lanyard on it now.

I will probably just order the scales for the Izula, but I am just liking the basic functionality and no-nonsense ruggedness of the knife just as it came.

Thank you for the compliment on my pictures!

best regards -

I just watched that video you linked. Two thoughts popped in to my mind afterwards:

1. I wonder if either one of my Becker Neckers, either in the 1095 or the laminated steel, could do that?

2. Damnit. Now I want an Izula pack myself.

:D

Well.. let me examine the following:

1. The Super Karambit does not fall within the $80 price limit boundaries

2. No, you didn't win.

3. Feel free to make me an offer on it. :)

Other ideas:
1. Spyderco Tenacious is about $35; 2 prizes would be pretty awesome
2. Gift Certificates are pretty handy, and I'm sure everyone would love to get one to buy the knife of their dreams
3. Mini-griptilian

I'm going to suggest the Buck 110, in either the Cabela's version (Alaskan Guide series with S30V) or the Bass Pro version with 154CM.

Oh, and I have no idea on a fixed blade.:D

How about you let the winner pick the knife from all knives that fall within the price range?

Spyderco Delica/Endura FFG in purple or Spyderco Manix II. I want to try the lock on the Manix 2 for a while see how I like it. And who can complain about flat ground Spyderco goodness. Great contest idea .
