knife handle w/ fire starter in it

i was thinking that it might be neat to have a knife like an izula with a nut on the end of the butt. then you drill out the end of the proper fitting screw and attach a fire starter to that. the fire starter would then screw into the butt end of the knife and be covered by scales. hope that this is clear. how hard would that be to do and would it be practical? thanks for your input.
