Knife identification help

Hi guys,
I just got this knife at an auction. I couldn't find the maker of the knife. Can anyone help me? I can't make out all the letters. Here are some pictures. Also are the inserts on the handle wood or plastic? I really can't tell. Thanks and hope you all are having a good weekend.

That could be. Looks like it. Do they have a spider logo like mine? I'll search and see. Thanks!
