What do you guys use for wrist straps besides leather?

ParaCord.

Just do a search for it on Google. But I've bought it from TadGear and one other place but can't recall the name of it. If I find it I'll post a link. Get the good stuff not the imitation. The inner weave is the difference.

Thanks brother. I just bought a 20 ft piece of paracord off of ebay. I didn't really need 100 ft of it. I got the camo color. It should look good on this knife.

If it will be a survival knife, braid the paracord into a square braid. That way the wrist strap can be undone to provide a good length of line for emergency use. It looks good, too.
