knife laws

In america i know if your a fellon you can never own a gun. Is there any laws about anyone never being abel to carry a pocket knife

Unless the local sheriff tells you not to, I don't know of any law prohibiting this - provided the pocket knife fits within the local existing laws. Of course, parole terms could affect this.

There is no national law regarding felons and knives of which I am aware. Local jurisdictions may have such laws. The prohibition would probably be on felons possessing weapons, as opposed to specifically listing knives. Then, it would depend on the given jurisdiction's definition of weapon.

I know of no "laws" perse, but am sure it can be a condition of probation or parole.
