Hey folks as I'm diving into the expansive world of Earths most versatile tool I'm noticing "Holy crap there's a lot of knife styles". Being as I live in an area where detailed knowledge and teachings do not exsist I resort to you fine ladies and gents. Now I'm rather old school when learning the fine details on anything so I ask is there anything in print out there that can give me some insight as to what I am making or wish to make? Thank you for taking a look and I look forward to any and all feedback!

Look in the stickys. There is a book list. The Lloyd Harding and Bob Engnath knife template libraries are a must for people who want good shapes for inspiration and copy. They are free and if the old links don't work, a little online research will find them.
