What's your method, lube of choice, and what type of washer, bearing, ect are you lubricating?

Everything gets Tuff-Glide for me. However, I do use CRK grease on my CRK's, but I usually end up putting some TG in there after they get used for a little bit.

What I love about Tuff-Glide, is that it's so thin that you can soak the pivot area and shake out the excess, essentially cleaning out excess dirt and grime. It's like a lube and cleaner for me. I buy it by the cup (8oz):D

I tend to use TUF-glide too. Do you use anything for Teflon washers or run them dry?

Depends on the knife honestly. Some I use fluoro grease ,others get tuff glide.

Had someone gift me some ballistol knife lube ,it's a good lube but it attracts all kinds of debri for me, and it's in a spray can so it's very easy to use way to much. Performance alone though it's really good though.

Also picked up some breakfree clp in the needle applicator. As a lube it's ok but for uncoated carbon blades it's really good for a rust preventative.

If you take your knives apart and are comfortable doing it get the tube of grease off Amazon for under 15 bucks. If you don't take them apart then I'd got tuff glide in a needle applicator.

Finish line florinated grease on the CRK's. Nano oil sparingly on everything else. A little goes a long way.

Tuff Glide is my favored oil also.
The needle applicator is very handy and precise.

I've had some "gummy" feeling on a few of my Emerson's(Teflon washers) after using tuf-glide. I've heard about this before. What seemed to help was to apply it, let it dry, and then wipe it off with a microfiber only. No cleaner of any sort.

I use frog lube when I take my knives apart then when they back together I put some drops of victorinex multi tool oil it is the best imo

I second frog lube(the paste). It stays put, is very waterproof, and isn't oil based so you can use it on food. Also love corrosion X as a backup.

has anyone used Dupont Krytox GPL-100 oil? Its something the mechanical keyboard folks use to lube up switches, pinewood derby experts use it for their moving parts as well. It seems to be pretty awesome so far.

Pharmacy grade Mineral Oil for just about everything.

3-In-One Oil for field blades that'll see a lot of moisture and not touch food.

Mineral oil on all slipjoints, WD40 is used for cleaning out, but not as a lube.
A drop a week and I'm good to go for my knives unless I have to do cleaning after dirty work.

Ballistol and BM Blue cleaner for any cleaning duties.
When I do a take down I like the Frog lube Paste.
