Knife magazines?

Glad you chose Blade magazine!

Glad you didn't go for Tactical Knives!

Blade is more for makers and high end, TK gives more user grade. Look for what you want in a knife and read between all of the lines as all of the magazines are after their own propaganda and sponsors.
Knives Illustrated does not have the quality and editorial eye for what I am looking for (I can't stand blurry pics in publication).

I subscreibed to Blade. The homepage appealed to me more. I have the feeling the other one. Knife World is more to my liking but bought Blade...?

"lorise"
Knife World isn't so much of a glossy magazine as it is a dead serious "newspaper" about knife collecting and then some.
Also it should come as no surprise that Knives Illustrated (KI) would eventually begin (or is already so...) to have the look and feel of the old Blade Magazine (pre-Krause); seeing that its editor of KI once ran Blade Magazine.

Nothing wrong with that.
But if you love neat page lay-outs and nice pictures and at times "exclusives", give KI a try too.

If you want good pictures, it's either Knife and Life, Prorez, or La Passion des Couteaux.

Do any of the magazines listed give "unbiased"/unpaid reviews??
That pisses me off
A giant ad under the guise of a knife magazine:thumbdn:
I think the magazines that do that should disclose if they were paid or not
You can kinda tell the type because they give glowing reviews EVERY time....
