Hi all,

As my membership name implies , I live an a very small apartment ( more of a compartment really) I have collected and made knives form kits for a while now, and want to make something that I have designed myself.

I machine small parts for a living and the boss said it would be ok if I made a knife blank for myself however, I am kind of limited as far as grinding meaning I cant do that at work, and have no room at home

I am looking for some one that can grind the flats onto a blade blank that I would send them. I can and want to do all the rest of the work myself.

I am looking at just a plain Bowie style blade out of O1 and I have a precision ground piece of bar stock that I bought at work.

If any one is interested in this type of work I would be interested in hearing form you.

The blade will be about 8 inches long by ½ inches wide and a full flat grind from edge to swedge at the widest part

Thanks

Files work GREAT

Draw filing can go every bit as fast as a grinder, it just requires some sweat.
