Knife makers in Pittsburgh

Hey Pittsburgh...

I am visiting here for two weeks and would like very much to meet a maker in Pittsburgh. Last weekend I was an instructor at the California ABS Hammer-in hosted by Mike Vagnino in Tulare, CA. It was a great three days of information exchange and good times. Same Eric! Definitely good to use my ears to do some learning! Thanks for the instructions on the PID! BTW-Is your sons name Jarret? I saw that there was a post above this one by a Jarret Fleming. Wondered if it was your son? Catch ya out in SD one day! Take care!
 
No Don. My son's name is Jeremiah Fleming. He and I jumped into knife making together about 10 years ago. He now lives in New York City. Jarret Fleming is a maker in Georgia that came on the scene about 3 years ago. I know it is confusing that we have the same last name. I believe he goes by Jarret Fleming knives while I go by Fleming Knives. Hope that clears that up. Hopefully you can make it out to San Diego one of these days.

Hi Eric,
Yeah, I looked up Jarrett after I posted and saw he was in Ga. Hoping I can get to SD this year on a vacation! We'll see!
