Dan, When cut to six or seven inch lengths does it lay flat or have some curve to it? I have had trouble in th past with saw steel being curved which can be a problem for stock removal.

Patrick
it does have a curve to it
so when I cut it to use myself I cut cross wise
I have some left that is 10 1/2" tooth to tooth wide so that would be a fairly large knife for the thickness
and I have some thinner that is 8" tooth to tooth
or you can simply straighten it for anything longer.
but for your question Yes
a 2 foot piece has about a 3/8" curve to it
so 6" would have about a 3/32" curve.
