I had a query that I hoped that the knowledgeable members here might be able to answer.
I have several small Gerber knives that I am happy with relative to what I paid from them (about $10 bucks)
I realize that many here are not Gerber fans for different reasons.
I was looking on ebay the other day and I came across these two knives.
The question I have is the second knife a cheap copy of the Gerber?
Or is it the same knife rebadged by Gerber?

IMO, you are looking at a cheap Chinese knockoff.

The serations on the knockoff do not look right. I looked up a couple of other pictures of the Gerber. The serrations match those on the knife marked Gerber. The serrations on the cheapy don't look even.

Maybe it's the pic. But I think it's not the same.
 
The screws/studs on the grip are not the same either but that is cosmetic, the dimensions and style are almost identical.
I think you may be right though.
