America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.
Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!
I wasn't able to find it. It's probably my phone. There's already a thread for this topic, it's titled "Pics of customized production knives". It's on this page, and it's 126 pages long.

Haha("can i have it?")sorry, i did this for a friend........acid etching solution (ferochlride acid), vinyl and nail polish....you can email and i could send u a few pics of process believe it or not its not that difficultHoly crap! How did you do that????
Can i have it?
the etch on the back i free-handed the graphic onto vinyl making a stencil using the bullet tip of RHK investigator pen "embossing the vinyl, make sure you cover the hole with vinyl on back as well otherwise it will leak through and distort your design. I also used nail polish in the tough to reach areas an pivot. The backspacer was done by BOOMER52, the scale was a regular cf scale from Don @gator scales, i just hit it with a dremel "disrupting" the cf. The cf clip was $8 from usaknifemaker.com (it was a blank, so i drilled holes and sanded) but they are a great value, just tape existing clip to it, mark it and drill......Great work. Did you use stencils or free hand the art?
Who made the scales and spacer?
Thx.
