Knife Pouch

Does anyone know where I can find a small knife pouch for a custom folder? (Not looking for a padded zipper case.)

KnifeCenter of the Internet sells the William Henry clip pouches in two or three sizes. I believe Elichewitz sells some nylon clip pouches on his site.
