What the hell is up with European knife prices?! Everything from the US is unreasonably expensive. Ok, taxes, shipping, insurance, importing etc. Still way too expensive. BUT, that's not the question. The real question is why it doesn't work the other way around. Take Lionsteel's T.R.E. - it's actually significantly less in the US than anywhere in Europe. Böker Italy knives - same story. What gives?! It's incredibly frustrating.
