Knife Question

I have a custom knife that was given to me and needs to be cleaned up. It has some very mild corrosion on it and basically needs to be re-polished. I also need a custom sheath made for it and want a horizontal belt sheath.

Anyone have personal experience with a custom knife maker they could recommend? I need someone with solid credentials. I don't want to lose or ruin this knife. I would prefer someone in the south that I could see FtF.

Im not remotely close, Alberta Canada, but you might get a bit more of a response if you post some pictures of what you want cleaned up?
