I'm perplexed as to why you wouldn't use the online return system, have a replacement shipped out immediately and a prepaid return label right there to print... :eek:
 
My 0300 has started rattling what kind of grease do you guys recommend to use just any kind of automotive grease? And also if yes I take it also make sure it has no graphite in it.

I’ve heard of most people using white lithium grease.

If you have it on hand Vaseline works..I use that or bearing grease I have sitting around in my garage

I wanted to talk to a actual person. And for the other people who ask if it was advertised as new, yea it was.
 
I looked at using Vaseline, but the melting point is only 99*F. I'd be afraid that it might melt out in my pocket down here in Texas.
