I collect knives and use most of them at work. I'm a builder, and I have a weekly rotation. My beater is obviously a Mora, but I always carry a folder for when I need a sharp edge. Mondays is QSP Penguin, Tuesday and Wednesday I rotate, Thursday and Friday is where my Kunwus come out to play.

I bought a Kizer Wharning based off a YT review and I'm so sold. Fantastic ergos, blade is brutally purposed, fit and finish are great. Price is solid, the action is so good I might have to get me another one. (does anyone know if the two versions are swappable? I don't like the blacked-out style, and if it's possible to swap blades I'm definitely doing that)

Anyway, great knife at a good price, with good materials.

Interesting knife. I don't usually like Wharncliffe blades, but this one looks nice, and at ~.118 inches thick, seems like it should be a decent slicer, too. Button liner locks seem to be becoming a thing lately. Congrats on finding what you like.

Sold out it seems everywhere. May be preordered at KC. As for the Wharncliffe blade, it's a box cutter on steroids. Martial arts types like it, but that's only for people who are trained. Maybe a fancy folding box cutter with most of the blade exposed is a more useful option.
