Knife recommendations

Completely disassemble it, clean it in soapy water, rinse it well, dry it off and put it back together. Once everything is all back together, loosen up all screws (without removing/backing all the way out) then tighten just the screw farthest from the blade, then the next farthest, and so on until all handle screws are tight. Then adjust the pivot screw to preferred pivot tightness, and it should be well centered and smooth.

Officers match, I'm assuming white lithium grease can be used on the washers without any issues? I have plenty of different gun lube but I keep hearing grease is the way to go. I have Wilson combat grease, red all weather grease for shotguns, and mpro7 grease a well. Any you would recommend?

White grease will work just fine. I have used that with no issues at all before I started using Finish Line's Extreme Fluoro grease.

Officers match, what do you do to get the squeaking to go away? Or do you just leave it and it doesn't bother you.

My guess is that will stop the squeak. If not, it may need more breaking in, or their could be an issue with one of the detent's. I have had them develop a flat spot on other brands of knife before, causing a squeak. A look at them (under magnification) while the knife is apart will tell you.

I had a slight squeak coming from by Bulldog from the factory. I found I had to adjust the detent for a bit to find that sweet spot took it right out. Still locks rock solid after that.
