Knife Repair

I have a customer with a recently deceased husband. She would like to pass her husband's old Barlow pocket knife down to her grandson. Unfortunately, the knife is in rough shape and she needs someone to repair the knife and clean it up. Can someone recommend a reputable person/company to perform the work?
