I have read many threads in the last week reviewing differnt knives. I find some of these reviews to be bais and misleading. There is only one way to revieve a knife that is with equal comparisions or your practical experience with a particular knife. How it held up to the tasks you preformed. Lets stop the internal strife. As any knife collector or user knowns there are differnces that lead us to purchase a particular knife weather its the way it feels , the material it is made form, how it looks, good sound research or just the cool factor. I feel some of those who reveiw must think we are stupid to their bais and misleading information. Not all knives are created equal and not all knives are designed for the same conditions or functions. So let us stop and think befor we dicredit others. Don't use the forum as a stage to discrede those you personal dislike.

We want to hear personal stories and experiences, how you were treated by a manufacturer and what your expectations were. Did the knife meet your expectations or not. was the manufactures information misleading . We want Information that can help us in our quest for more and more knives. Not bull **** between individual dislikes for one another.

Wolf, very well said. I agree completely. A knife has to be tested at the jobs that the manufacturer designed it for. I hope that a lot of forumites read this post. It would do away with a lot of totally useless reviews. Once again, very well said.

I am going to move this to knife testing and review, since that is the area the comments seem to be aimed at.
