True, just like every county has a slightly different way it operates or goes about most things.

Just trying to get the facts straight as to not spread misinformation on a very sensitive topic.

You file the form within the county you live. For all intents and purposes, Philly is its own county. The requirements are the same. In fact, from what I can tell, the process seems easier in Philly as you can do much of it on-line. Not so in my county.

It still boggles my mind that my LTC does not cover auto knives. Oh well, hopefully this Knife Rights preemption bill passes and the whole thing can be moot.
