Knife Rights Sues California to End Unconstitutional “Switchblade” Ban

Good luck. The AUTOMATIC , switchblade knife problem will not be who is right or wrong about switchblade knife ownership or size, but rather who has the most money to spend on their law firm, and we know who that is, unfortunately.

More things to worry about there than knives.

How about the tent city on the sidewalks? Urine, Feces, used needles, drugs, on and on and on.

Never been to Cali and have no desire to see it
Your view of California is, uhh, distorted. California is a beautiful state and your opinion of it would probably change if you would actually see it.

I’m not sure I understand you - are you saying that the CA government will spend lots of $$ defending the switchblade laws?

Regardless - I’m pretty excited that Knife Rights has moved on to my home state!

I also hope the fight continues to challenge the laws on concealed fixed blade carry. Anybody know if they’ve done a similar suit anywhere (re: concealed carry)?

Ignoring the immigrants from other countries, CA has had a sizeable decrease in population. It is a beautiful state that unfortunately has screwy politicians and very high taxes, occasional earthquakes and forest fires.
