Knife shop near Mesa/Gilbert, AZ

Hey I'm in the Phoenix area for a few more days and I'm trying to find a good knife shop to hit up while I'm here. I've heard that gun shops are good places but other than that I am having difficulty. Anyone got recommendations?

Monkey Edge is here in Mesa/Gilbert, it's actually right on the dividing line but I think its listed in Mesa. Kind of depends on what you are looking for, they are more on the higher end of production stuff. Great guys, they will let you handle anything you want, though I have not been in the new location yet.

Most of the gun stores I have been in just have a fairly small selection of knives and are usually at Mapp or retail pricing in my experience.

Go to Big 5 or similar sporting goods store of lower end budget Kershaw knives, they are all over the place.
