Do these knives close with the sharp edges facing out? Seemed a little dangerous to me. I see it as if there is some kind of liner lock. I guess that large hole also acts as a lock.

I'm so confused! The title says knife show... but there's food! It looks like a buffet. And they're USING the knives! Looks like a lot of fun and those Frenchmen can sure make a nice knife!
