Great to see all those beautiful knives, and their instant application as well!

Don't be confused . almost every salon here and there are many. Do not use a knife to use it. Does not exist . Cut slice sausage and rigor
A knife show is not just about showing knives. It’s also about using them. Try it and see what fun we have ;)
Of course, you don't use the knives before you buy them ...
 
Thank you very much for posting these photos. I had looked at attending this show but could not make the time. I am also going to miss the show in Gembloux next month, but hopefully things will settle down and I can start to have some time in the spring. I have the IWA show in Nuremburg penciled in for late FEB.
