The WE Beacon makes a unique sound as it drops shut - kind of a snick sound. I’ve got 7 of them and they all make this sound except for the Damasteel version.

I think it has to do with the particular polished bead blast they do on the beacon. It’s wonderful.

Wow 7!?! You got me beat, I have 6 different 0452s, and I thought I was crazy. Apparently not 😆

I love 0452s! I’ve only got 4 but I wish I had them all. I’d give body parts for an 0452TI. Kinda missed the boat on some of the earlier flavors.
 
Another very audible knife it the closed titanium design WE Scoppio. Kind of a rare knife.

It makes a very loud crack when it fires open. The closed design makes this titanium echo chamber and really amplifies the lockup noise.

I had 2, I recently sold one, but around the same time (month or 2 ago) I saw a nice one for $180! It went quick but it’s gotta be easier to find then a 0452cfM390blu (which is the only USA 0452 I don’t have besides the new red/BW version I gave to my father for his birthday.
My favorites are the titanium ones and the blacked out GL.
Edit: recently saw a 0454204P on here, for $700, but it said it had been carried a bit. For that price I’d want “NEW”, but I would have to sell body parts also haha that one or especially the regular 0454 would be the ultimate grail

I wish this latest red one was really red and not that muted, almost brown, color. But whatever, I like ‘em all. My 0452WBW is my favorite of my 4.

Lmfao, ZTs are just looked over and marginalized in general. when the 0095s (and 0920s, 0900s, 0560s, 0300s, 0620s etc) came out they cost, what like $200-260? Now most that I mentioned are pushing $400, which is probly where they should be anyway, when you compare the quality/materials/F&F to say, a RHK. Really no difference, except the ZTs always come Sharp! (I love my RHKs don’t get me wrong!), but ZT was always the best bang for the buck

Same with the $425 0392s. Man I feel stupid for not getting at least a Bowie and a Wharncliffe. Hinderer prices are about $650 for a ti Bowie (that you have to piece together yourself), and you’re gonna spend a good $800+ on a Eklipse Wharncliffe in G10!

It's not important for me, but it's a nice gimmick to have.

The 'ping' from the Factor is just king. So satisfying, slightly reminiscent of the M1 Garand or a microwave.

The ZT 223 sounds like a deliberate and precise heavy hitter when the lock engages. Really awesome and reminds you why it's the 223, as it almost sounds like some firearm.

Heretic Hydra also has a cool sound to it. Imagine hearing that - alone in a dark alleyway at night.
