Interested, but hard to find much info on the Adams - what is the steel? any blade play? centering? any lock stick?

thanks for your time, and patience! :)

I hear ya. here's a link to another one on ACK https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/products/1011779/

the action is...stiff, for better and worse. It has a stiff detent that never fails to deploy and locks ups solid, but also is also gritty and not the smooth motion that most want to see. I had a good conversation with the maker about his treatment of 154CPM and believe that's the high point of this knife. It's been a safe queen for me, but it's meant to be a user. I paid $200 at Bladeshow last year for it. it does come with a nylon holster.

TThank you for

Thank you for the reply and the information. Do you think there's any way to smooth the action perhaps with some gunny Glide? Also on the clip side picture it almost looks like there's some damage or chipping on the edge near the belly, that's just some artifact from the picture right? Thanks again

Good eye! it looks CF dust, it wiped off clean. Maybe the right lube would help it, but I doubt it will ever be fall shut, as the lock bar has a lot of contact, by design it should be a more robust liner lock, but I never put it to the test.image.jpg

thank you! I would like to make an offer - if you are still up for considering one. Would you prefer we discuss via email, or PM? I have had some trouble with PMs here, but will definitely try again. thanks
