Wanted to ask the experts. I have a few knives that I rotate carrying based on clothing I wear for EDC. I have a fancy William Henry for collection display. However for storage and quick access on a bar top for example , where would you buy a case like that. I saw one video on xm 24, the guy had a cool case where his knives were standing on the side ready for a quick grab. Any suggestions or retailers names appreciated.

The guys around here have made their own boxes that I have seen. I think those little plastic plate holders might work.... Just a thought

I think you are looking for a Pelican Case......look for the pick & pull foam.......various sizes are available but they are pricey......

You can also get a simple lined jewelry case. I had something with a few drawers that sat on my dresser for awhile.

Jensen I remember that photo and the craftsmanship that went into creating that beautiful piece. I also remember the Fieldtac, first one that really caught my attention. From what I've seen lately an armoire may be in the planning stage for you. My your collection has evolved since that photo.

Thank you for the compliment on the box Joe. I appreciate it. :) my collection has changed quite a bit since then. I still have the same number of knives I believe but the only ones that remain are the sterile slicer and the frag 24. I need to stop browsing the sales threads!!! Haha.

I just my watch dispaly box. This one has very large openings for invicta watches. The knives don't lay down, but I like keeping my watches and knives in the same case.

I am by no means an expert but here is my solution to storage and display. The glass cases open easily for selection in the morning. Sorry for the low quality picture.

Iv got a pelican 1450 case that holds my collection, it's much bigger than i need but it should last me a long time.
Also if you look around online you can find them at great prices.

One slot left for XM 24 . Than I can always double down per slot :)). That is my improvised storage/display/EDC sorter!

I've been using this Gerstner Walnut Machinist Chest that I refinished.
