Knife Storage Methods

You can buy two dodecapods for the price of one custom case.
I like those cases a lot, but for the money I would much rather have a Spyderpac. They are built extremely well and you can see the knives.

I only have 1 balisong, 3~4 folders, and a fixed blaed without scales.
EDIT:
And I just ordered a Benchmade Model 51 today :D

See what I mean? :) It's starting...kiss your cash goodbuy

I'm not new to it, same thing with airsoft!
However, I know I won't be buying anything else till summer.

I have a 12 knife Sack Up and 2, 18 folder PVK cases which fit in a tupperware box. My Fixed blades are loose and in a tupperware box. Boxes and odd papperwork is in a 3rd tupperware.

A neat stack of 3 tupperwares is holding my knives quite well right now.

I also keep folders on my workstation for mail etc. and rotate 1 wicked fixed blade and a few folders where I sit and read, relax and watch TV. An Izula in small kydex pants is always in my pocket.

I also keep pistols in these two places as well as in my bedroom nightstand. They cut from a lot further away and less effort too! :D

Any knife worth protecting is in a Bill's Custom Case.

Shoot, those cost more than many of my knives! ;)
Opinels... SAKs... Imperial-Schrade....

Plus, if I had hundreds of valuable Custom Cases, I'd definitely need a HUGE safe. For the cases, not so much the knives. :D

-------------

Although I wouldn't mind picking up a couple dozen of Bills Custom Cases for the custom knives, and loose fixed blades that didn't come with proper boxes. Hmmm...

I just recently bought a Sack-ups 6 and was disappointed to find out that the sleeves are very narrow and do not allow storage of alot of my wider bladed knives like the Spyderco Endura.I would be fine for slip its, stilletos, buck 110 and such.

The Sack-ups 12 is the same way. I just put lower profiled knives in it, plus they'll stretch a bit if you're patient with them.

The 18 folder bag from PVK is really nice for the price IMO, about $23 and accomodates the wider ones like my Military.

They appear to be out of stock today, but I just got a new one last week.

I've got a couple of those PVKs and they are quite handy and nice for the price...really nicer than a many costing a lot more.

I noticed KnifeCenter has the Zero Tolerance Model ZT997 knife storage bag, which holds 26, looks like it might be the same item. As does another they have with the Kershaw label (for 18). Both priced at $20.
I believe the same bag exists with several different "brand" labels.

Yes, you're right it does Alann45. I didn't know where else to look since I bought mine from PVK.com. I'd heard that they slapped different labels on them in a nutnfancy knife storage video. :)
