Knife storage-Where?

Some folders are in the knife rolls you see sold at SMKW. The rolls do the job well enough but only hold about 1/4 the number of knives as there are loops. Other folders are kept in a clear tackle box with the dividers removed so there are just slots running top to bottom. My more expensive/sentimental knives are kept hidden away in a nightstand drawer. Fixed blades get stored in an ammo box with wrapped in cloth to divide/pad them while others are permanently attached to some gear.

In hidden custom made cabinet that occuppies space bewteen my walls and in my ceiling, as my ceiling is solid tongue and grove and my attic is floored with 3/4 inch plywood. There are six inch rafters above my ceiling and under my attic floor. So it worked out well. Its hidden and can only be accessed by a special keyed lock in the upper corner of my closet. All my knives are Missions (solid Ti) so I don't every have to worry about rust.
