I really like these CLC Tool pouches. 3 of them hold my entire collection, and perfect fit in my gun safe. The smaller socket pockets on the side are great for smaller knives, and larger pockets get bigger along the inside. Have around 20 blades in each. $12 shipped on Amazon.

I got one of those bags that @SoCalEDC showed above and a few cheap individual cordura folder sheaths. This is way better than leaving knives loose in a desk drawer because the risk of the knives getting bumped around and scratched is now eliminated. The $23 price tag is a bargain for the protection provided. Next up is exploring compartmentalized clear plastic storage boxes so I’ll be able to see the knives in storage.

I’m looking at the Plano 3700--a nice little clear tray-type box (with movable clear plastic dividers) that looks like it’ll take at least a dozen medium to large folders and easily stack up 4 or maybe 5 high in a filing cabinet drawer. That system should be everything I need for years to come.

For some reason I keep most of mine in the original boxes with the silica gel packets.

So most of mine are stored stacked in a safe.
