Knife Stores in D.C. Area?

Hi All,
I'll be visiting my family in D.C. later this week and was wondering if anyone knew of any local knife shops I could check out. My folks live in Georgetown, so anything within a 20-30 minute drive time from there would work. Thanks in advance.

There's a really good one called "Edge Works" in fredrick. It's the one I go to. On October 22 they are having a William Henry event. Check them out. Also there is a place called dragons lair.
 
Forum member Matt "D" Tactical has a shop in Alexandria Va, and KnifeCenter is in College Park, Md. Both are within 30 minutes of Georgetown.
 
Knife Center in College Park, I believe that you can go and pickup your order, more of a warehouse. They have showed a couple of my friends around their warehouse.

Edgeworks in Frederick is worth the drive, not too far on 270. He has a great selection for such a small shop.

Knifecenter will be closer to you but there more of a warehouse than anything else, but if you get the chance edgeworks in frederick is awesome. Lots of knives, but its a little hard to see from the street. It doesnt have a very big sign. Ive been there a couople times and talked to Sean (owner) and hes very knowledgable about knives.

I highly recommend Edgeworks.

Competes well with online prices, and Sean really knows his stuff. The two trips I've made I spent probably 3 hours in there checking stuff out and BSing.

recently picked up my first CRK's from him(A small seb 21 and an Umnumzaan), and he got a blade fixed for me saving me having to send it back to the manufacturer

It's a 90 minute drive for me but honestly I've been impressed enough that I'll be going there for most of my blade needs now other than special runs and stuff he isn't allowed to sell me (autos)
