I'm heading to Scottsdale for business in early December. I'll be staying at the Marriott Camelback Inn. Any place in particular I should visit that's "knife-related?"

I believe Tim Hancock, one of the finest makers around lives in Scotsdale. You can probably get his number from the Knifemaker's Guild website or in the directory in the back of any of the Knives Annual books.
