Knife stores or anything around Naples, FL?

Found out I will be in Naples FL for 10 days, starting next week, for work. I will have a car available. Any good knife stores or anything I should be sure to see or do while there? The boss has a house down there I will be staying in, but my nights and weekend will be free.

If you have some handle material they might become more amenble, but I think they'd talk with you just because. They are a couple of good guys.
